Hi,

I've just updated customized Singapore/Malaysia CSC based on CSC_I8000NXXJE5 (XEUJE5) and CSC_I8000XSOJC4 (Singapore JC4 Rom : http://www.modaco.com/content/i8000-omnia-...apore-jc4-rom/), included Moakey and SPlum Chinese input, I am still using same replacement stwater and tdywater screen wallpaper, I think this look better. :(

Just re-flash and tested on my device, it works perfect for me since last night. Cheers...

Hi Dary,

Is JE5 officially ROM to the public? according to abdelrahim, he has got official ROM for JE2 http://www.modaco.com/content/i8000-omnia-...e-downloader/...

Also, in the setting control on JE5, do you have "X" button function available (Enable to end running programs by tapping "X")? earlier i have flashed JE1, this option was not longer available.... i just would like to confirm....

Thanks.

Hi Daley,

The link I reply on top, link was Post by Lancez : http://www.modaco.com/content/i8000-omnia-...t-kingmobi-net/

According to the page it says : leaked at kingmobi.net

another site was saying this ROM which Samsung did not release to the public.

Hi Dary, what is your experience after you have flashed the rom? Thanks.

Hi Daley,

I feel that JE1 still the best, it is more stable and faster after all. :(

Hi Dary, thanks, I dont know whether JE2 is an officially release or not? accorded to abdelrahim, he got it from Samsung Mobile Firmware Downloader http://www.modaco.com/content/i8000-omnia-...are-downloader/

I am currently using JD6, after fresh startup, i got free 60mb++ ram, after use it little while, the memory keep dropping, do you notice this with JE1?

HI Daley, I have check according to symbianize.com, JE2 also not official release to public. I did check on Samsung Mobile Firmware Downloader and I can see that too. I am also not too sure is it official release now, I will let you know if I do came across this. :(

For me I never aware or check about the free ram left, stability is more important to me... :(

Hi Dary, thanks, it is noticeable the slowness to me, i use my omnia2 for audio recording, it is awesome quality, for better performance, it is always to have more free ram.

To me, i use garmin, high usage call, sms, etc... i can see memory from 60mb+++ drop to 40mb++ or 30mb+++, i don't use other program in minimize....

HI Daley, don't mention, you are most welcome. :(

I see, to me this phone is just mainly for email and to remote access to my client's server, I am using the other one for calls and sms and I have gps in car, so I never try on it. I love garmin too, really nice and have lots of update too. :(

That's why I never bother about the free ram. :o
