MoreLocale kind of works to set to other languages. People who have Orange UK and are SIM locked are having trouble with it. I am on Villain 6.2.2 running the new radio and works fine. As far as I know my phone is locked to T-Mobile (it is T-Mobile Branded) and it works fine for me.
