downgrade software?

i have an HTC s621, running on htc wm6, and i want to downgrade it to tmoble's Dash software, OR set it up so it can recive picture txting, and use the internet browser on wifi connection.

any help at all would be awesome. im about to throw it into a wall...

and set it up to be able to use my email also if it can, if not no worries mainly want pic txting.
