Hi guys! For so many years I've been in Windows Mobile and now I would like to try Android but I cannot choose between this two phones.
I am looking for:
*faster CPU (can't understand both CPUs)
*Camera features
*stability and response time
*better battery time
*better connectivity and speed of its 3g and wifi.
*availability of custom ROMs of each unit?

Please guys help me choose between this two phones because I am not familiar with this. Thanks a lot!

I would go with the Spica
my gf has one and its a really good phone plus it plays divx out of the box

as far as CPU goes the spica is faster at 800mhz
both cameras are the same really cept made by the respective companies so remember samsung has the edge as it makes its own brand of digital cameras
from experience the spica lasts about a day and a half moderate use. i brought my gf a spare battery for 2.99 on ebay
im not sure about the connectivity but the spica is ok not brilliant but not bad
and i guess the magic has more roms as htc is more in the market of phones
but you can update the spica to 2.1
