Help with user account?

Hi,

Looking for a kind mod to contact me with regard to a friend's user account please. Think it's a permissions issue as she is unable to do anything on the site. Can access her control panel but that's it. Can't post, can't reply ... nothing.

She has received the verification email and has clicked the link but account still shows validating under her profile.

User account is hazi1964 if any of you kind mods are able to assist?

Thanks for posting this for me Spyda.

Don't laugh but I had clicked on the wrong link in the validation email.  I didn't read the whole mail and clicked on the first link.  In my defense, when the link opened, it did come up with the welcome screen so I didn't know it was the wrong link.

Must have had a blonde moment. lol.  Or maybe a senior moment.   :lol:
