On my HD2 I've been having probelms running YouTube- I get the message "Storage is full"

I deleted all from the Windows\YouTube folder but I noticed that the Windows folder is full and has a 12,000 files, 123 folders sna dis 465MB in size!

I presume this isn't right as it is most of the 512 available.

Any ideas what I can get rid of?

Lots of the files are composed of XXXXXXXX_manila files.
