Can anyone please tell me the best way (if its possible) to back up an entire HD2 so that after a flash of a custom rom, I am able to restore the phone back to *exactly* as it is now?

Originally had Tnob rom, now has stock HTC rom but has been heavily customised. I want to try the NRG roms but as this is not my phone I NEED to be able to restore to as it is right now as I have just received it.

Currently has email settings, SPB, various apps, contacts etc and I don't want to lose these.

Any solutions?
