FAQ

- How to do a Hard Reset?
1. Press and hold Work & Life button and Lock button simultaneously.
2. Press the reset button while holding the above two buttons.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, simultaneously press send and end keys while still keeping the first two keys pressed.
4. A message will appear to confirm or cancel the reset, press send and you are done!

- How to change from Samsung Qwerty to Keypad?
Tap and hold on the XT9 button, you will see the option

- Can I disable the "Send & Ignore" feature whenever there's an incoming call?
The feature was removed with WM 6.5 rom, so I suggest to upgrade.

you can try to install advanced config. in there you can switch it on too. maybe that will help
