Have you soft-reset your device?  

Are you sure you don't use a samsung ROM?

About the How to Hard Reset, the method described here; doesn't work. At least not on my b...

But this method is:

 1. Press and hold Work & Life button and Lock button simultaneously.
 2. Press the reset button while holding the above two buttons.
 3. When the Samsung logo appears, simultaneously press send and end keys while still keeping the first two keys pressed.
 4. A message will appear to confirm or cancel the reset, press send and you are done!

Tried on two ROMs (6.1 21506 Ml & 6.5 21909 F); always works.

I'm aware that there are numerous ways to hard reset. This is the 1 you'll need when your device hangs at startup for some reason or another ...

it shows the following error..

and cant detect my fone..
what to do??

I'm always having trouble finding the correct/latest CSC file.

This afternoon I experienced problems downloading post#3 CABs from Megaupload in PIE, it just won't work (due to pop-up ad).
So... Made mirrors, might be useful.
