No kidding.

This is a new thread about 6.5.x rom with latest Sense2.5.

The Sense I used in this thread is got from latest HTC rom, not the one provided by Rapid81&nOObody.

So this sense may not as good as theirs, but it may be newer and faster.

2.The new HTC album is not as funtional as the older one(For example, it can't rotate the photos...)

Sorry haven't got a good solution about the latest album.Wish someone could give a hand.

3.Auto Rotation is not included.

Long hold the button above photo button is set by default to rotate the screen in case, especially in HTC message.Or you could install other rotation detection program if you want.There's the one I prefer:

4.My location is not enabled by default.

You can enable it at Sense Home or Weather Tab.

5.Internet Search Engine is set to CMCC by default.

You can change it to google at Sense Internet tab.

6.MMS Server is set to China Unicom.

You can change it at Sense Message tab to get it to work.

Sense message tab->All messages->Menu->Settings->options->Menu->MMS Server.

7.Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on/off button in Sense Comm.Manager don't work

Install this cab and do a softreset:

WIFI_BluetoothButton.cab

Or you can press the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi icon in Sense Comm.Manager to enable the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

You can even use Toggles for WIFI and Blutooth in start menu->tools.

8.Web Brower is set to Opera by default.

Here's a way to change it to IE:

1).Go to Start Menu->Internet Explorer->Tools->Options->Other->Select "Tell me if Internet Explorer is not the default Web browser", then close Internet Explorer;

2).Run the Internet Explorer again.Now you can set it to the default Web browser

9.Sense auto connects to data provider on startup.

This feature could be turned off as belows:

1).Make sure XIRA is diabled.

Samsung settings->Network Setttings->GPS->XTRA,make all options disabled.

2).Disable Manila weather's auto updating.

Manlila's Weather tab->Menu->Settings,disable "Download data automatically".

If it doesn't work, you could try Paul's nodata.cab at here.

10.Any chance to change the language to others?

Yes! Though I haven't tried it, I think the tips in shadowangel's thread could be useful.Please read about it and have a try.

can u use YaHei font instead sunfon? coz i have tried ti install YaHei on your JE1 and it didnt work. or better yet, just cook it without chinese font, so we can install whatever we want. just an idea :)

I can not answer you for sure about it but, on the previous ROM That kydkylin made, you didn't need CSC

I recommand you to flash the rom with official rom version's eboot, phone and erase the csc（In octans2.14, there's a opion named "erase the csc" between "Phone" button and "Intergrated" button.Choose it when you flash a new rom, then the CSC could be erased.） using Octan2.14 and make a hardreset after flashing, as how I tested it.

use JF5 eboot and JF4 phone part, both come from the new JF5 ROM, u'll have problems with JE1's eboot
