Any ideas how can I do this, because ROM is only 100-120 MB? Its not enough for me.

You'll have to wait for a potential 2.2 upgrade. It's the only way that I know of anyhow.

I think that there is a way when the phone is rooted and i have to use the app2sd, but i dont know how to do it.

That seems to be device specific, so not sure it'll work on the GT540

What I need to install them in Sd Card? Root? Custom Recovery? Rom?

LG's Android implementation is very different to default
