CoPilot Live What they sayCoPilot Live is full voice-guided satellite navigation on your phone: -Turn-by-turn directions -Maps of 1 European region/Country stored on-phone (no monthly fees) -2D&3D map views -Safety camera alerts -Useful Live services Unlimited use after 10 days once Google Checkout order number validated. 1GB+ memory card req What we say While Google Maps navigation is pretty good (and free), sometimes there is no substitute for a proper 'onboard' navigation solution (that is to say one that you can use without a data connection). This is particularly true when you are abroad. Navigation veterans ALK offer their CoPilot product for Android and it's not only very good, it's extremely good value (see prices below). It looks slick, it's packed with great features such as traffic information and text-to-speech for reading road names and in my opinion it's the best offering out there at the moment on the Android platform. Crucially, their wealth of experience shines through in the form of intelligent routing! Guest Calamity James Posted July 23, 2010 Report Share Posted July 23, 2010 I don't know why I was disappointed I didn't reply sooner, I already have a copy! :( The application itself gets a massive thumbs up from me too, and since the first time I switched phones and got the dreaded "Invalid checkout number" error, I haven't had the problem since. Although I did have to go through ALKs support to get them to reset my account and I echo other people's comments on the aftersales support, for example they replied to my ticket, I replied immediately back and still didn't get a reply again for 24 hours.
