Maybe someone can help with my HTC HD Touch problem :-)

Noticed the other night that phone was sluggish when I tried to unlock. (Now as it happens, this was the evening before I was porting from Orange to O2 and changing to iphone)
Then keyboard keys weren't responding too quickly.
Now I can't get it to do anything- though power button and volume keys are ok.

I've tried soft reset, hard reset, leaving battery out, charging battery......anyone?

I've got a new phone but I was hoping to sell this one.

Seems to have returned to normal again all by itself!
