Octans Screenshot Request

Hi -will someone post a screenshot of what Octans should look like (with all correct options set).

I've updated the driver as stated in the other post (for Win7 x64 -using i8000 driver) but the Octans App settings available don't exactly match what the text on the site says. And I can't get the app to recognize my phone and I know I've got the settings wrong too I'm sure. I point to the nb0 file fine, it's just the other settings I'm just not getting right.
