Hello everybody,

I've just got an HTC Legend today, and I followed the guide to root it. I've created the gold card (event if I don't know why that's needed) and in the first step, I get an error when it starts to transfer the zip file to the memory card. Then the device rebooted and I've chosen the recovery option. After that the phone kept showing a triangle with an exclamation mark on it. Doing the second step threw an error (can't find device).

My device information:
Build Number and Software Number: 1.27.446
Kernel Version:2.6.29
Basehand Version: 47.37.35...

Based on these versions, do I have to follow different steps to root my device?

Your help will be highly appreciated.

I've same problem !
We've software number 2.0* , we need rooting for this update !
