SD card causes boot loop

I have been running r3.1 for about 2 months (loved it) and have had a 8GB Sandisk running in the phone no problems. When i got it i simply copied all the files on the 4GB card that came with the phone onto the 8GB Sandisk and it worked like a charm. But yesterday i used my 2GB goldcard to flash a new radio and then r5 final release to the phone, all of which went brilliantly.

However when i put the 8GB card back in i get stuck in a continous boot loop on the "Queitly Brilliant" screen.

Its really odd because everything is still on the card.

To try and resolve i have moved everything off the 8GB onto my computer and then copied the 4GB contents onto the 8GB card but it still gets stuck anytime i use this 8GB card! The 4GB card, which has just been sitting in a draw for 2 months will work perfectly!

What should i do to this 8GB card to get it working again??
