Just a quick rant. Many sites are posting about the Nexus One now only being available to developers and failing to mention that it's still available unlocked and unmolested on contract from Vodafone in many EU countries, including the UK

I can add that in France it's also available from SFR, for 419 EUR without contract (too much imho, works only for really desperate N1 lovers, like me ), clear and clean (+5 EUR postage if ordered from SFR online store). I ordered one online just a week ago and the whole process took me only 3 days.

Well it's kind of unlocked on vodafone but it has custom firmware so you have to root it or wait for vodafone to roll out the update!
