I've found out solution: open apk file (NFS_Shift_v1.0.4.apk) by winrar, cut (not copy) file res.dz.jpg in folder assets to your computer. Now size of apk file is about 11M and you can install it. Rename res.dz.jpg to res.dz (remove jpg extension), and copy it to folder /sdcard/Android/data/com.ideaworks3d.nfsshift/files in your gt540.

This is the only way i can get graphics working normally.

PS. this works also with 2.1 upgrade
