hey guys...I've a really big problem...

my bluetooth doesn't work anymore since 2 months ... I can send things but I can't receive anything... I've tried some apps (like advanced control) but it didn't help me......I don't know what to do, but I definitely don't want to reset my phone!

Any ideas??
