SwiFTP is an open-source FTP server that allows you to connect to your phone over wifi or cellular/3g to upload and download files. Any FTP client can be used.

What we say

It's an FTP server on your device... another way to load on content wirelessly. What's particularly cool though is the way that the device can even be access over FTP when it's on a 2G / 3G network via a clever tunnelling system. Brilliant!

Suggested improvements for the next version

A paid version to help support the device tunnelling / proxying would be a good idea imho. I'd buy! :P
