A very cool way to Exchange contacts between Android devices or Android devices and iPhones. Just hit the button and bump the phones together. :) The PayPal application also includes Bump technology for transferring funds. I like this app because it's a cool application of a number of technologies.

i asked a mate of mine why he didnt just bluetooth mp3s etc.. 'why use bump?' i said.. his reply was that it was 'old technology..'...

wrong - the reason is that he has a cr## iphone so could not bluetooth a different manufacturers phone..

is bluetooth old hat now then....? it is free, fairly fast, doesnt require me to give anybody 'permissions' and works with any brand of phone.. if you arent apple mad.
