Downloading :P

So, dear, let us know how it is going, as Xian/Koud V2 is not appearing and I have all the way experienced high speed in V1 ( look at the signature ) , see that froyo leak is a bit less speedy and bugged, I do not know how is LS 2.2 but I hate flashing everyday.

Your reply will be much appreciated

Regards

Alessandro

Soo, you're telling me that when I install this ROM Apps2SD will work automatically if I have made an ext2 already, should I wipe it first though?

Hi Alan,

To install this, I guess I need to install Malez Recovery.

Do I need to do anything else like it's mentioned in the original leak post. Such as,

1. Flash Malez,

2. Flash Superboot (as supplied Vache)

3. Flasu SU-2.3.6.1-ef from XDA

Then to do your files?

Sorry if i'm being dumb...

Thanks in advance

Cheers

@alessandro: For me speed is very good, no lags, no problems, but only one thing, I have the message notification on top always on, I don't know if it's the rom, but I prefer to have notifications works properly.

I haven't tried tethering, I don't use it.

you are going to find that 2.100.07 is not going to be used in the future due to that the froyo radio provides better partition layout for roms (larger system and data sizes - lower cache)

and reception is identical so no reason not to once malez updates his recovery

@alan090

it's a real good job done! :) :( :)

smooth and nice, with a cute new set of icons, and the APP2SD works so easily

but just one thing couldn't figure out now: couldn't use that penpower handwriting (version 1011)... which works on the beta froyo :(

Thanks Alan. What about Wipe? no Wipe?

Edit: This is great, however I've come across and issue which I've also had on the LCR 1.7 & 1.8. When you have the default Acer Rom and you want to add contacts, you get the choice of Google, Phone, or Sim as options to store. But on these roms only Google or Sim show (or some corporate exchange server). Any idea how to get "Phone" back as an account?

Any advice on this will be greatly recieved.

Thanks

p.s. Great Samsung Theme!

Hey. Thanks for this. Works pretty good. A few programs have an issue with Froyo but, all-in-all, it's nice. One question though.

I'm somewhat new to the flashing thing and was just wondering if I need to ADT the original leak and do version 2 or can I just install 2 over version 1? I know I use malez' recovery for it but don't really want to do the nandroid thing again.

Just curious. Again, nice work on this and much appreciated.

Just for those user who like to add thier contacts to the phone and not to Sim or Google (like me), solution found in the LCR forum is to install AcerSync.apk (search the forum for the file) which gives you this option.

Thanks again Alan for a great ROM!

Cheers
