No Google Maps Navigation will still be available. Does the shape look a bit strange or is it just because you are using a wide angle lens? The shape is more square due to the larger screen size. Great suggestion Mr. Jobs, but I see what you are trying to do here. Seriously, that is the dumbest suggestion I have ever heard. Without being quite as harsh, I completely agree. Symbol buttons are great when their use is application/context sensitive, in the case of consoles or softkeys for example. You can make the button do whatever seems relevant at the time. These buttons, however, have a set and defined purpose. Home is indeed for home. Back is indeed for back.
