Guest sargie Posted September 17, 2010 Report Share Posted September 17, 2010 Hi all im having a total nightmare trying to get my phone to show up in lg's mobile update tool. I have installed both on win 7 and xp. It sucssefully installs 3 drivers usb,modem and android. I leave my phone disconnected untill installation is complete, then i connect the phone windows installs it but nothing appears in the lg mobile update tool. There are 2 drivers i can see one is gt540 the other is gt540GO. Which is the correct one? I have removed and reinstalled it many times with no luck, do i need to put the gt540 into a certain mode? I can mount the phone and it appears on my desktop and i can then access files on the phone via my pc.I have also tried different usb ports. This has been posted in the Windows section but you require the Android side of MoDaCo.
