06/Dec v27 (2.1/2.2): HTC_IME mod by jonasl repacked for the Blade

By request, here's jonasl's HTC_IME v27 repacked for the Blade.

The zip contains two APKs, install them both (one is the calibration tool, the other is the input method itself). After install you'll need to enable in 'Settings -> Language & keyboard'. I've resigned the zips, so you'll need to uninstall any other versions of jonasl's IME if you have them.

Do you use a very low screen brightness setting? Apparently the AMOLED screens in Nexus One and the SF gets more pinkish the lower the brightness. Have you tried increasing the brightness to see if the colors get better?

I use auto brightness... I find it pretty good!

Hi,

Have tried installing the keyboard and calibration tool I haven't got any of jonasl's keyboards installed, I have also enabled in language and keyboard but the standard grey SF keyboard pops up when I keep a hold of the menu key, any ideas what i'm doing wrong?.

Just a quick (simple) question - I assume you can delete installation files from the SD card when done...

You can :)

Just like on a computer. Once you've installed the program you can delete the .exe/apk

hehe, that's what i did too. Great keyboard once you use it a bit, it's cutting down typing times by half.

Just realised the voice text input isn't working though, when i press the button nothing happens.

Can someone check theirs to make sure it isn't just me?

had the same problem when i use google chrome. then i changed to firefox and the link works fine. :)
