Maximus Mobile, from XDA-Developers has built a great looking launcher which can completely over-ride your Start Menu with what is being tipped as a more productive system of menus. The initial version of Maximus Mobile App Launcher is in beta, so there may be bugs. On my Touch Pro it runs nicely with little or no lag, and works well for a first release.
