for my mistake, I deleted the folder "tools" in windows / start menu '/ Programs, anyone can post it please? thanks
per mio sbaglio ,io ho eliminato la cartella "tools"  in windows/start menu'/Programmi, qualcuno, può postarla per favore? grazie

Why?
is the first time that happens to me

I would recommend 2 hard resets, one after another.
