Create AccountNeed help........ In my main storage, there is a temp file with tons of folders with cryptic symbols on them. They appear to be empty, but can not be deleted. Tried "cleantemp" but it didn't do anything except freeze up the phone. Any information would be helpful. Thanks in advance

you could try using totalcommander, its free.
or you could try the File manager (samsung version).
I had trouble with certain files when using resco file explorer, AND File Explorer (windows default)
