Despite the fact that I am not actually using the pulse mini any more, but a HTC magic instead, it would seem the main reason angry birds doesn't start is that there is not enough free memory to run it because its a complete memory hog. Then again, judging on the pulse minis lack of GPU, I doubt it would be playable anyway.

I've got Angry Birds  working on my U8110, I'm currently at level 7 and It runs fine so far

How to make it work:

1. install angry birds from the market (obviously XD)
2. start angry birds. after almost 1 minute of black screen You will see a green screen with a blue band on top. The music also starts playing.
3. Lock your screen, (the button on top-right corner) and unlock it again.
4. Have Fun!

BTW I'm using the ROM known as The Celestial Teapot
http://forum.xda-dev...ad.php?t=802893

with JIT, A2SD and overclock 672Mhz

I don't know if it works on stock ROMs because I didn't try

The pulse mini has an awesome GPU - the adreno 200
