Have just read on another forum that HTCImei now appear to have some codes too.  May be worth checking them first as they're the cheaper of the two.

My WORD they are expensive!

$45 to unlok a ZTE Blade and in 2-4 working days?

I paid (stupid I know as there are now free methods) $2 for my Blade unlock and it was done in under 10 minutes!

Definitely worth checking out alternatives to those prices!
