All you have to do is enable WiFi in Zune on the PC and once you connect your phone to a charger it will sync or are you trying to sync without charging? I have setup WiFi sync on my PC and it´s only working if I connect my phone to a charger. I think it was only a wish being able to sync without charging... Anyway I´m happy that tethering is working well now on my W7 laptop because it saves money.... Before I was using internet sharing with my OMNIA II so I was missing a little bit this function.
