Guest vache
Here it is, the DSPManager that was missing to Acer based ROM's. It's new librairies builded from Code Aurora source with DSP code added. (taked from CyanogenMod git) Tested with success on LCR-F and AOSP v0.2. (Headset and speaker, bluetooth headset was not tested) Should work on any other Acer based ROM's. (Remember to make a NANDROID before trying it) Updated to version 2 : (Fix bad sound at hight volume) Download link : http://bit.ly/9YFDpn (Please, don't make mirrors) Edited November 13, 2010 by vache

Guest vanisleguy1976
Downloaded and flashed! Works okay, but I get the buzz too. Played with the settings a bit and it seems if you drag the eq slider on the far right down below zero, it seems to help quiet the buzz. Future development could perhaps include presets like bass boost, rock, spoken word, etc. And it would be nice to be able to save custom presets. Thanks for this Vache :-)

Thanks for this Vache :-) You must know that DSPmanager is not developed by vache, it is developed by another developer. Making it work requires device specific libaudioflinger to be edited (i think). So AFAIK, vache made all those efforts and made the port to liquid. He did not develop it, so he won't be able to provide all those features. Edited November 12, 2010 by Rajit

Guest Liquidator
Can I use this on a plain Acer leak? I'm running the latest leak, no custom ROM.
Guest xaueious
Tried headset settings. Getting crazy screeching noises from the headphone jack on any high setting. Noticed a lot of information messages from ADB as well. But seems to play normally otherwise. Edited November 12, 2010 by xaueious

Guest fear_factory84
Noticed that too, it's here when sound is at max. It become crispy too. It seems to be a problem with the preamp level.. is there a way to set it on dsp manager? Maybe the settings in audiofilter.csv in lcr-f are too high for use with dsp manager..? Perhaps with some tuning this is a great addition!! Thanks Vache..
