It's either already unlocked or it may have something to do with recent T-Mobile + Orange merge. Unfortunately I don't have any other sim card to confirm that the phone is unlocked. Sorry, but there's no free way to do that atm, and believe, I've searched. But there are multiple sites that you can but it.
