If you've gotten around to testing this, can you comment on whether or not this patches the rageagainstthecage root method? Guest crawler9
Also, will you be doing a stock rooted repack or is this too minor an update to warrant such?

Guest Batkoto
Hi trying to install through recovery and received message: E:no signature (177 files) E:Verification failed Is there something I missed? Mike Yes, you are trying to flash using custom recovery. This one should be flashed through stock recovery. If you don't feel like waiting fo custom rom including FRG83D, then flash stock recovery and update. P. S. U should also be running stock FRG83 to update

Guest and-ros
Are you planning to include this update to your r23 ROM? It would be nice to get an answer on that question. It gets quite annoying to have update messages all the time using the "r" Modaco ROMs.
Guest three_pineapples
Hi, Paul. Thanks for the update. If you've gotten around to testing this, can you comment on whether or not this patches the rageagainstthecage root method? Looks like they have NOT patched RATC. The method in here apparently still works http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=803682 Some people have more success with version 1.5.1, but see what works for you! Is there an way to flash these with the Amon-RA recovery or i've to flash the CM Recovery (i don't like)? This is signed, but with official keys. It's not meant to be flashed through ClockworkMod or Amon-RA. This file is for completely stock Nexus Ones to update from FRG83 to FRG83D using stock recovery. If you don't want to go back to stock, you'd have to wait for a custom ROM or a repack for custom recoveries.

Guest egr
I know this question is asked and is on many other peoples mind. But any plans to implement the FRG83D update into r22 or the upcoming r23? The Google update message on the custom ROMs is very annoying. After using the MoDaCo ROMs it will be hard to go back to stock. Can I throw some money your way for all your hard work? B)
