Something weird happening with my hardware volume buttons.....

Put it on silent by going into settings and selecting silent mode.

Now, even after deselecting it the hardware  buttons do not respond. At all. Even after a reboot.....

Anyone else seen this?

I'm just picking up on this. The buttons activate the the media volume pop up but they don't change the volume at all.
I'm on r2 so going to flash r3 and see what happens.

r3 flash fixed it. Works fine going in and out of silent mode.
