Just a quick FYI. The following tool allows you to 'permanently' bypass the driver signature requirement in x64 versions of Windows Vista and 7.
This allows us to add the 'Samsung MITs USB Sync' driver and flash roms without having to hit F8 at every boot.

I've tried it, and it works. For some reason Disabling driver Signing enforcement at boot wasn't working for me. I had to use this tool and it worked fine.
I would not recommend this for the casual flasher though.
