I guess you tried this, but add the IMEI without any / in it. Just numbers.

Well I registered for the £200 of freebies but every time I try to "spend" some of it I am unsuccessful!!!

WHSmith online books will not accept the voucher number/password.

Samsung Movies will not accept the code provided.

What a load of c### - About as successsful as using Samsung Kies!!!!!

I got my tab and registered and have downloaded my 5 games but i cant find the whsmith app on the tab or online at samsung apps and i am stuck in the 60/70's era for music. I have watched all the movies that are available

Eventually got it to work.

The WHSmith app is on Android Market apps and NOT on Samsung apps.

I had to register then enter card details then 24 hours later it accepted my "Free" offer codes that Samsung had sent me.
The Samsung Movies site also accepted my freebies code after the said 24 hours waiting period.
