Vega Skin

Thought I'd share a *basic* skin I made while experimenting, can't really call it a theme as I haven't changed many things!

Thanks to JordanT92 for his Vega Bootscreens post, as that's what got me started.

I've only changed the icons used in the small status bar, I'm pretty sure the normal size status bar uses a different icon set. My icons aren't the best but like I said, I was just experimenting!

Changed:

Animated Bootscreen

Default Wallpaper

Status Bar Icons (Home, Menu, Back)

Removed:

nVidia Wallpapers (To save space)

Here's a pic of the bootscreen - the green bar is animated:

Download my framework-res.apk from here if you want to try it: Dropbox Link

Follow the instructions in the Vega Bootscreens thread to get the file onto the Vega. Also check the post by AndiTails in the same thread if you have insufficient space when pushing the file back on to the Vega.

If you're unsure of any of the above then please DON'T BOTHER installing the skin, it's honestly not worth it for the hassle you could end up with.

To anyone else, I've deleted framework-res.apk and replaced it with different versions of this one at least 10 times now and haven't had any issues on a fresh R5 with the Small Bar and Performance Pack (bricked it the other night, had to re-flash and lost everything!!)

In the download I've also included a batch file I used to save time and typing errors when copying framework-res over each time. It's just the commands from JordanT92's post.

I'll stick the animated bootscreen in the Vega Bootscreens thread aswell.

Merry Christmas!!
