I think that 15" are good only to test a theme, not for a complex app. Definitely too less time to test or only configure a launcher!!! Really?? :( I didn't say 15 minutes to BUY a software, I said to buy, install and TEST a sw. Some SW requires another program, or some libs... Navigation requires maps. And not all this SW can be freely download without a wifi connection. (maps are often more than 100MB!!!) A launcher have a plenty of customizations that make impossible to test It in less than 1h. Some sw is quite complex, and have a lot of documentation to read... Finally 15" starts when you pay, and sometimes you can't download the program in 15 minutes because your connection sucks or Google market have some problem... 15" are definitely a joke!
