Hi
   Just got n700 all seems great BUT!! I can't get the camera to work, when i activate it, the screen just shows black, when you look at the back where i assume the camera lens is located (in the 0 of 3.0) it is silver. Am i an idiot and doing it all wrong? any help would be appreciated.

On my N700 you can see the lens in the 0 of the 3.0 and the camera works fine.

What about the front facing camera - does it work?

Yes the front facing camera works fine, but the rear lens is silver!
