Guest Kavern Posted January 6, 2011 Report Share Posted January 6, 2011 After 2 months with mdc 2.1 r4, i decided to flash to 2.2 jellyfish today. i have been using 2.5.0.9, but when i tried to boot to Clockworkmod by pressing the vol-down button during reboot, it doesnt bring me to the clockworkmod menu, it just kept stuck at the inverted "Android words" and loop reboots. then i tried with 2.5.1.3 and 2.5.1.8 both with no luck ... any ideas ? thanks ... Guest Flumpster Posted January 9, 2011 Report Share Posted January 9, 2011 I've had this once or twice and the only thing I could put it down to was trying to get into clockwork with the usb cable still plugged in. The only thing that works for me is the image installation. Try the Japanese Jellyfish image. The installation works and the ROM is great. You can find a very good howto here. Search for 'Total Phone Transfer'. There you find a good description and some ROMs supporting this installation method.
