I will be uploading this soon, just thought I would add a teaser.

Everything works except the Camera, the Camera can be fixed easily though.

Great to have such a great developer on board

Curious about 1 thing tho:

Will your build(s) have the soft buttons (home, menu, back) in the statusbar?

Nice work Adam. You ever sleep?

My questions... Does wifi stay on in standby? And are you a machine?

There was a real second question but its too early and I was up late watching the cricket :-P

All sounds very promising but can someone explain to a noob like me how CyanogenMOD fits in with the mods which Paul has so kindly designed for us here at Modaco already. Does it replace them or can they co-exist together?

It means more choice, it gives an alternative to people other than what we have already, I highly doubt this will include all of pauls work, although the OP will be best placed to comment on that. It will also give us the opertunity to try things out and then if we like and want to make a donation for something we like to do so.

Thanks Adam!

As you can see from my signature, I am still using your OpenDesire ROM and will be installing Oxygen soon (been too busy with the Vega recently to worry about my Desire).

Looking forward to your new ROM to play around with. Hopefully this means we can finally get things like CIFS support and change WiFi to not sleep on standby as others have asked. Also noticed from your Twitter feed that you have managed to mod the bootloader so you can access recovery via Volume Up + Power, awesome!

Cheers!
