Missing apps?

I downgraded my HD and installed the MCR from the posts above, but recently I've begun to notice some apps missing from the market. The two I've noticed so far are the paid version of HulloMail (which I bought on previous device) and the PayPal app. I'm sure there will be more too.

Any ideas?

It's an issue with MCR r2. The protected apps are not shown in the market. Currently there is no fix for that I think ;)
