Google aren't releasing Android 3.0 on 2nd Feb, they're demonstrating it. Any news for the Tab will have to come from Samsung, not Google. I wouldn't expect an official 3.0 ROM in the first quarter of this year (especially given Samsungs poor history of upgrades in the past), and possibly never as they'll want to make it a selling point for the Tab 2. No official word on 2.3 from anywhere. There's a CM7 beta which is based on gingerbread over at XDA, but it's a couple of weeks away from being suitable for everyday use.
