When i run the setup i get the following error...

"Available internal memory is insufficient. Please make sure that you have over 20MB of free space"

...but i have a lot more! I use Metalounay ROM and is clear!

When i try the .bin method i get this error mentioned above...

>> No Flashing dinfo.bin.
>> .bin Class is : A4
>> Merge OS File is damaged..., Quit whole process...
>> Process finished. [Not Succ]
>> Process Result : Download Process was failed...
>> Process finished, USB cable can be removed now.

Any help! ;)

Flash a clean bin with ADT (1.100.00 for exemple) before installing the new one. Dunno why, but it doesn't want to start with Metalounay, even if there is more than 20Mb free.

Thanks for the quick respond! That seems to be working.

Will i have to run Amon RA recovery again in order to flash your ROM now?

Yep, you always have to flash the custom recovery after flashing a new bin.

Thank you!!! In other words, flashing an official bin... returns device to stock status for warranty reasons! ;)

I would give it a try! I guess that if it is not suitable for your device it will not be accepted. (At your own risk of course).

After flashing and wiping, screen sometimes stays black but softkeys do light up...

I've got the same issue: wrong 20mb error when flashing update over metalounay. I've flashed an old bin with update tool (see specific thread for download) and after this flashing the last bin was OK.
I only noticed few issues, solved by an hard reset.
Now all is OK.
