SGS running 2.2.1

Simple 1st Q ... does this camera have an LED flash ? ........ I can find no option to turn on flash.   It would seem insane to produce a smart phone with such high spec camera with no flash ....

secondly taking pictures seems 'odd'   I press button and it focuses, but only takes picture when I release button, is this normal ?  most picts are unclear as they are not focused correctly - disappointing.

SGS does not have a flash.
Have you tried camera settings -> focus mode -> auto-focus  ?
