According to github for DSPManager there's  a Froyo-stable available.
Is there an APK/ZIP that can be applied to one of our Froyo ROMS to enable DSPManager?
I was playing with CM7 and the equaliser works really well.

There are lots of people that would be interested in having it ... !

And other system-level additions like USB 'host mode' (to use usb devices like keyboards, mice, audio, video, plus  flash drives, and even hard drives with this phone... !  :P ) Its been done, just needs rolling in ...
And if anyone wanted to polish "usb on-the-go" for cable-detect auto-switching of usb slave/host mode switching, that would make it even better!

Oh my! So many possibilities.
I tried adding a signed dsp.zip to FBL R8 but it stopped the phone from booting so must be more to it than just the apk and a library

Guess I'll have to do some reading :P

Oh well, that didn't work.
I tried copying all libaudio*.so and DSPManager.apk from CM6 into FBL R8 and the phone still refuses to boot :P
