GT540 2.3.2

Hi I have a few questions if any one can answer me please?

First I would like to say well done to every one for making this a great site.

Right the first question is I have installed 2.3.2 on my phone but there is some apps I would like to remove but im not sure what I can remove without messing up my phone.

The next thing I am on Tmobile and the reception is poor but when Im in a poor reception I can use tmobile orange it a new thing but I cant enable this on this build or can I when I try to surch networks on my phone I get network error can someone please help me with this.
