Guest purplemoya
I have an HTC 7 Trophy which has been working fine since new for about a month however in the last two weeks it has started crashing/rebooting itself. Initially this would occur whilst in internet explorer on the web via 3g, the handset would vibrate once then display the HTC startup screen (white screen with HTC logo in green) however it would hang at this screen and require removal of the battery before it would reboot successfully. Now this has started happening even when switching the device on, taking photos, whilst in standby etc. It is becoming a real pain. Any ideas anyone? Guest awarner
I've not heard of these issues before so would first suggest resetting the device and reinstalling your applicatinos etc again. The othe3r possible issue is if the microSD card is causing an issue with it not being housed firmly enough or if the phone has been knocked or dropped? Guest LEFTKOYL
I have the same reboot issues with the trophy. Now it is stuck at the HTC white screen and do nothing from there. Edited August 16, 2011 by LEFTKOYL
