I found that the vega could communicate with fast-boot by formatting boot 
this is very cool for devs as its faster
than repack boot --> flash --> boot --> get back into apx mode. I dont know if this classes as a tweak .... but its
really really cool mainly as the vega can do "fastboot boot" witch is something that the xoom aparantly cannot
do even tho its "unlocked"
